Buyerprove LLC ("Buyerprove", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a transparent, respectful, and trustworthy environment for users to share honest feedback. These User Review Guidelines outline the standards and expectations for submitting reviews on our platform at https://buyerprove.com (the "Platform").
By submitting a review, you agree to follow these guidelines and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension.

1. Who Can Submit a Review
You may submit a review on Buyerprove if:
- You have had a direct and recent experience with the business you're reviewing (e.g., you made a purchase, used a service, or interacted with the company).
- You provide truthful, factual, and unbiased feedback based on your personal experience.
- You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country.
2. What Makes a Review Acceptable
We encourage reviews that are:
- Honest and factual – Reviews should reflect real experiences and be accurate.
- Respectful – Keep language professional and avoid personal attacks.
- Relevant – Stick to experiences directly related to the business being reviewed.
- Detailed – Specific, constructive feedback is more helpful than vague opinions.
- Original – Your review must be your own and not copied from another source.
3. What Is Not Allowed
The following content is strictly prohibited and may be removed:
- Fake or fabricated reviews – Including reviews written in exchange for payment or benefits.
- Incentivized reviews – You may not write reviews based on rewards or discounts unless explicitly disclosed.
- Hate speech or discrimination – Any content targeting a person or group based on race, religion, gender, etc.
- Obscene or offensive language – No profanity, threats, or harassment.
- Confidential or private information – Do not post personal contact details, credit card numbers, or private conversations.
- Spam or self-promotion – Reviews used for advertising or marketing purposes are not permitted.
- Irrelevant content – Off-topic commentary or complaints unrelated to your experience with the business.
4. Conflicts of Interest
You may not post reviews if you:
- Are an employee or owner of the business you're reviewing
- Have a personal or financial connection to the business (e.g., family or partnerships)
- Were hired or asked to write a positive or negative review
- Are attempting to manipulate a competitor's rating
5. Moderation and Review Removal
We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove reviews that:
- Violate these guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws
- Are flagged by businesses or other users for investigation
- Contain unverifiable, misleading, or abusive content
Reviews may also be temporarily hidden during our moderation process.
If your review was removed and you believe it complied with our guidelines, you may request a re-evaluation by contacting hello@buyerprove.com.
6. Editing or Updating Reviews
You may edit or update your review if:
- Your opinion has changed after further experience
- You wish to correct errors or clarify your statements
Updates should still adhere to the original guidelines and be based on valid, personal experiences.
7. Business Replies to Reviews
Businesses are allowed and encouraged to respond publicly to reviews. Replies must be:
- Respectful and professional
- Based on factual clarifications
- Compliant with all applicable laws and our Business Conduct Policy
Buyerprove does not moderate business replies unless flagged.
8. Reporting a Review
If you believe a review violates our guidelines, you may report it using the flag/report feature or by emailing us at hello@buyerprove.com. Please include:
- A link to the review
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant evidence (if applicable)
We will review flagged content within a reasonable time frame and take appropriate action.
9. Legal Responsibility
You are legally responsible for the content you publish. Buyerprove disclaims liability for reviews posted by users but may be required to cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities under applicable laws (e.g., defamation, fraud, GDPR, CCPA).
